How you can help the Shilpis
The Shilpis have come from India to complete the Indianization of the Temple. They need your help while they get settled and acclimatized here
and start on their work. The shilpis work for 6 full days a week, with hardly any way to venture out of our holy abode or have no entertainment
whatsoever.
Volunteers are needed to take the Shilpis to Adventureland or Saylorville Lake.
You can help the shilpis in several ways:
You can buy groceries for a week for them. (They prefer white rice instead of
Basmati rice. Fruits, vegetables and milk are welcome.). To sign up to buy groceries for the Shilpis, click here.
Some of them have never left the temple, since they came here. You can
take them around to malls and public places over the weekends.
You can supply cooked food on any day,
donate food supplies, or money that will be used to get food and supplies.
You can invite them to a function or a party at your home.
You can share a delicacy you make at home.
